A Little help

I am unemployed, but vigorously looking for work daily. My veterans disability pays my rent and leaves me with not even enough to pay my phone bill or get gas. I desperately need to keep my phone on and gas in the car to help aide in my search for work. I'm hopeful that I will find a job soon but my phone bill is due the Dec. 17 and I have a little less than 1/2 tank of gas. Any help at all will be very much appreciated. Thank you
